1 – LET US GET TO KNOW YOUR PROJECT
We are here to help you add the finishing touches to your room, so tell us a little about your custom treatment needs. Let’s start with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to determine your wants, needs and budget. We are more than happy to accommodate any budget.
2 – PRE VISIT BUDGETING
Whether you’re working on one bedspread, or an entire first floor worth of draperies, we like to provide you with a budget of what you can anticipate spending. From there we can make adjustments to make you comfortable with your project. In order to provide you with a budge, we need measurements. We’ve provided a cheat sheet that shows you how to measure your windows CLICK HERE. (Don’t worry, we’ll take final measurements!) Just print this document, add your measurements and email it to us. We’ll prepare a budget and get your complimentary in-home consultation scheduled. We recommend providing pictures of your home, it helps us prepare for your in-home consultation.
3 – IN HOME CONSULTATION, SELECTIONS, AND FINAL MEASUREMENTS
Once we’re in your home, we will show you a few style and fabric options based on our initial phone consultation and your photos. We’ll take measurements and provide you with a final quote based on your selected treatment, fabrics, and trims.
4 – HERE’S THE BEST PART…
- We make all of your custom treatments in our own in-house workroom.
- We control the schedule.
- We control the quality.
- We control the pricing.
Our lead times run between two and four weeks (depending on fabric and trim availability). You can stop over while your treatments are being fabricated and see your project go from an idea to reality! Once completed, we schedule your installation and don’t leave until you’re perfectly satisfied with your beautiful new treatments!
*Visits to homes outside the immediate Quad-Cities require us to charge a $30 trip fee.
