INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES – HOW IT WORKS
1 – LET US GET TO KNOW YOU
We are here to help you create your dream home, so tell us a little about your design needs. Let’s start with a complimentary 15 minute phone interview! Are you moving into a new home? Starting a renovation? Looking to update a certain area in your home? We would love to know about your style: what does your dream space look like? Do you prefer to display your family heirlooms or like a more minimalist look? What do you find inspiring? Do you have a budget in mind? Our complimentary phone interview allows our designers to get their creative juices flowing in anticipation of your initial in-home consultation.
2 – SCHEDULE AN INITIAL CONSULTATION
Your initial consultation is one hour in your home where you will meet your designer, they tour your space, and you chat about what you’re looking for! You can ask as many design questions as you’d like in that hour and we’ll happily provide our expert advice. This one hour service is offered for $65. Our goal is to build a positive and helpful relationship together, and there’s no pressure to buy any additional design hours or products.
3 – PURCHASE YOUR DESIGNER’S TIME
After you’ve gotten a taste of what our designers can offer, you can purchase design time by the hour. Every hour is spent on achieving your goals – from selecting a paint palette for your home, sourcing the perfect light fixture for your dining room that fits within your budget, or designing and managing a complete house renovation. Whatever your project goals, our designers will give you an estimate of how many design hours it will take to complete so you have a good idea of the total cost to reach those goals. Our design rate is $75 an hour.
*Visits to homes outside the immediate Quad Cities require us to charge a $30 trip fee.
